Top of the Masteretch range. This series of etcher/developer/rinsing machinery is suited to the large company requiring high capacity and deep depth etching capability. This range is mainly used by large PCB (printed circuit board) manufacturing companies requiring an automated, conveyorised etching system. The ranges large sump ensures maximum throughput with minimum maintenance. Etching of brass, copper and stainless steel is accomplished easily with this system.

A machine for very high volume work. The longer etch chamber enables faster etch times and the large sump capacity reduces the need to change the chemicals as often as in a smaller machine. These models are widely used in the production of printed circuit boards and as the machines are modular, other modules can be added for other processes ie. developing and stripping. In the metal etching industries the machines are used for high volume work such as labels and large panels (insides of lifts etc.). As in the picture above the 750 is usually used as part of a fully automated, high-speed, high-capacity, production line. The other machines in the line are also manufactured by Masteretch to the client company's customized specifications.
